My new normal involves, slow mornings, drinking water, decaf coffee and a healthy meal, spending time by myself doing what I love and taking care of my mind, body and soul being present with my family and enjoying every moment. The day moves slower, calmer, and with an inner peace I never knew was even possible. My mind if clear, my body feels relaxed and abundance, joy and good things consistently flow into my life effortlessly.
