Life is busy and its easy to feel like you're running on empty. All you need is 5 minutes to create more calm in your day and start feeling better.

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, constantly juggling responsibilities, and struggling to find a moment of peace. I vividly remember pressing the snooze button 5-10+ times before I finally dragged myself out of bed. Exhausted but already tense running through my to-do list of things I needed to do wondering why I couldn't just keep it together like everyone else.

Rushing through my early morning routine as quick as I could only to grab my coffee, run out the door and have a tense drive to work knowing I should have left 15 minutes earlier yelling or swearing at the slow driver or lights not changing.

I'd arrive at work already exhausted, stressed and "powering" my way through my day on hopes and dreams there would be some type of space in my day where I could close my eyes which never came. Moments of space were filled with multi-tasking or shoving whatever food I could easily find into my body only to have a splitting headache feeling terrible at my 2 pm crash. Only to grab another cup of coffee only to get a few minutes of relief before feeling sick to my stomach, jittery, on edge and feeling terrible.

I'd come home doomscrolling and binge watching TV to help me "turn off my mind" only to find myself awake in my bed staring at the ceiling wondering why I was such a failure why I wasn't good enough and why it was so much easier for everyone else. Trying not to check the clock every 10 minutes only to decide to turn the TV on again (I chose Friends or Seinfeld) to finally be able to drift off to sleep (I think?) for a few hours only to wake up and do the routine again another day...

This is NOT normal.

My new normal involves, slow mornings, drinking water, decaf coffee and a healthy meal, spending time by myself doing what I love and taking care of my mind, body and soul being present with my family and enjoying every moment. The day moves slower, calmer, and with an inner peace I never knew was even possible. My mind if clear, my body feels relaxed and abundance, joy and good things consistently flow into my life effortlessly.

This was only possible because I stumbled upon a powerful practice. Something I created because nothing out there worked. And the best thing? It only takes 5 minutes.

I wish someone had given this gift to me when I first started which is why I have made it for you because NO ONE should have to feel horrible every day. There is a better way.
